Unleash your child’s superpowers this January!Our Super Hero themed workshop is a joyful blend of movement, mindfulness, and creativity for 4–7 yr olds.
Kids will step into the role of superheroes—building resilience through playful games, learning calming breathing techniques, and discovering how to focus their energy like true heroes.
The adventure doesn’t stop there! Each child will enjoy morning tea and create a one-of-a-kind superhero mask to take home, celebrating their courage, imagination, and new skills.
