Reset & Rise is a calm, supportive school holiday workshop designed to help children start the new year feeling confident, grounded and ready to learn.Over the 3hrs, children will explore mindful movement, practical breathing techniques, and purposeful games that encourage resilience, confidence and teamwork.
Creative reflection and intention-setting activities will gently guide children to let go of the previous year and step into the new school year with clarity and calm.
Afternoon tea is provided, and each child will create a meaningful craft to take home, along with simple tools they can continue using long after the workshop ends.
