This is a FREE 2-day, face to face training course for all Grampians Health staff and volunteers. It is an interactive workshop learning the following practical skills:

• What is mental health first aid?
• What is a mental health crisis?
• Recognising and responding to signs of a person who may be at risk
• Providing support to people at risk
• Where to go for assistance
• Duty of care
