The Port Macquarie Midcourt Academy is designed for WA, WD and C in Under 11 Years and over who want to get to circle edge and thread the needle in attack, learn to work as a midcourt partnership, and shut down attacking plays in defence.This multi session program focuses on refining skills and strategies through detailed corrections and individualised feedback. Each session includes a home program to continue development between sessions.
