CALM KIDS, CONFIDENT PARENTS: TACKLING ANXIETY TOGETHERIn this session, you will gain;
A better understanding of anxiety and fear and what can be done about it.
A whole range of tools and strategies to help, which are based on evidence.
An understanding of what to do when your child is anxious or upset.
The information session will run for about approximately 2-2.5 hours, which includes time for questions.
