Course Details:

This is an intensive, hands-on session. Participants will work through a challenging workplace matter requiring investigation. You will learn the key principles of workplace investigations and apply them in real time to the case provided, with facilitator guidance throughout..

• Materials provided: case study, workbook and electronic templates

Facilitators:

Will Snow, Director of Snow Legal, is an employment lawyer with a broad background in private practice across Australia (Blake Dawson Waldron, Minter Ellison and Finlaysons) and working in house at Qantas Airways and RailCorp NSW. He regularly undertakes investigations and also partners with external investigators. He guest starred in 7 episodes of All Saints, 3 of which he was in a coma.

Susan Sadler, CEO of Red Wagon Workplace Solutions, is a human resources practitioner with specialist skills in employment relations. A licensed investigator with experience investigating a variety of workplace issues including bullying, sexual harassment, negligence and fraud, Susan is regarded for her ability to pick up on the nuances of a case, and applying a practical HR lens to observations and recommendations.
