This session is a refresher on how to manage a call using boundaries, CARE & the DST.
Come and listen to a trainer take live calls, with time between calls for a discussion, however, the final hour will be devoted to reflecting on micro-skills usage, movement through CARE and the utilisation of the DST.
Each session will be limited to six (6) crisis supporters/interns leaving ample room for reflective participation.
Dual - sessions may be conducted simultaneously to allow more Crisis Supporters to attend.
