Managing Loneliness
About
Loneliness is a common and deeply human experience that can affect anyone, regardless of age or life circumstances, and it often goes beyond simply being alone. In the context of a psychological support session, loneliness may show up as feelings of disconnection, emptiness, or not being understood, and over time it can impact emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, and mental health. A support session provides a safe, non-judgemental space to explore these feelings, understand the underlying causes, and rebuild a sense of connection—both with oneself and with others—by developing coping strategies, strengthening relationships, and fostering hope and belonging.Date
