2026 - Summer Training Days - NIHS Rowing

To kick off the Term 1 Rowing Program we will be holding extended training days at West Lakes.These training days are a key to crew selection, rower development and building back into the season after the summer break.
Each day will see a mixture of on and off water activities, incorporating different boat classes.
Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st of Jan
Year 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s and 12s (2026 year levels)
To assist in managing cost these sessions WILL NOT BE catered and students are asked to bring their own food (snacks, recess and lunch) on each of the three days.
There will be transport to and from the training venues each day via hired buses.
Arrival at NIHS by 7:00am for Departure.
Arrival at Training Venue for 7:45am
Departure from Training venues 2:00pm
Arrival at NIHS 2:45/3:00pm
