Join Tribe Aged Care for a relaxed, welcoming afternoon where we’ll chat about staying socially connected, active, and living life on your terms.
We’ll have honest, friendly conversations about aged care, community support, and the help available now and in the future.

🌟 Understanding aged care funding changes, including the new Support at Home program (which replaced Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025) and what that means for accessing in‑home support
