For the last 10 years talented Irish chef, Padraic Kielty, has been producing an award-winning range of delicious sauces and condiments at his family owned business in Mittagong. At the factory, above the product display of barbeque sauces, mustards, dressings, hot sauces and salsa, is a shelf groaning with the weight of multiple shining trophies representing the many national and international awards won by Kielty's products.Kielty has a philosophy of sustainability and works closely with local growers to source fresh ingredients. All flavourings and colourings are natural and products are preservative free. You will have the opportunity to visit Kielty's in 2026, when the large range of chilli varieties are flourishing - in addition to those supplied by local farmers, Kielty also has plants with unusual fruits growing on land at his premises.
As well as viewing the production area you will be able to see and learn about the different chilli varieties and their various flavour profiles and heat levels and taste the products.
You will also be invited to choose a bottle of product of your choice to take home, included in the price.
