Navigating Menopause: For Health & Fitness Professionals
About
Navigating Menopause: What Every Health & Fitness Professional Should KnowPerimenopause and menopause are everyday realities for many women accessing health, wellness and fitness services — yet many professionals in this space are underinformed.
This 90-minute live seminar is designed to give health, wellness and fitness professionals the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to better support women through perimenopause and menopause.
Whether you’re a fitness professional, Pilates or yoga instructor, physiotherapist, chiropractor or wellness practitioner, this session will help you make sense of the complexity and move from uncertainty to menopause-informed practice.
Why This Seminar Matters
Women in perimenopause and menopause often experience symptoms that directly affect movement, training tolerance, recovery, motivation and wellbeing. Many are dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told this is “just ageing”.
As a health or fitness professional, you are often one of the first to notice these changes. Understanding what’s happening, how to respond appropriately, and when to refer can make a meaningful difference to both outcomes and client trust.
What We’ll Cover
- What perimenopause and menopause actually are
- Definitions, timelines, hormonal changes, and common myths.

- Training, movement and lifestyle considerations
- Holistic, menopause-informed care
- Individualised support, avoiding one-size-fits-all approaches, and validating women’s experiences without pathologising them.
