Violet Dreaming invites you into a weekend of slowing down.Held beside the waters of the Upper Yarra Dam, this intimate camping retreat is an invitation to rest, breathe, and listen. We will sleep close to the earth in swags and move gently through breathwork, meditation, yoga, and ceremony.
This is not a weekend of striving or self-improvement.
It is a space to soften, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and the land.
All practices are trauma-aware and offered as invitations. No previous experience is required.
