Series Overview
This professional yet accessible series begins in March with a comprehensive foundation session on ear structure and reflex mapping, before moving month-by-month through specific age groups across the lifespan.
The program explores how ear reflexology can support non-medical wellbeing goals including:

Focus: Understanding the Ear as a Microsystem
External ear anatomy: helix, antihelix, concha, tragus, lobe
How the ear represents the body (inverted foetal map concept)
Nervous system regulation through auricular stimulation
Pressure techniques: thumb walking, point holding, circular stimulation
Safety considerations and non-medical boundaries
This session forms the foundation for the entire series and is essential for new participants.
