Ice bath challenge with breathwork. Gathering in the outdoor steamy Swedish Sauna with a view into the bush. (Optional cold shower instead of ice bath). Enhance your resilience and boost your bodys optimised regulation states.
Delicious wholefoods shared lunch in the treed shady grove.
Receive a healing calming head neck and shoulder massage.
