A guided activation of the Sacral Chakra
This 3-hour in-person workshop focuses on the Sacral Chakra - the energy centre of water, emotion, creativity and relational flow.
Together we will explore:
- Releasing stagnation and restoring movement
- Deepening emotional awareness without overwhelm
- Reconnecting to creative life force
- Cultivating healthy boundaries and fluid expression
Through guided meditation, embodied practice and the supportive use of liquid crystals, you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence.
This workshop stands alone.

About the Rainbow Serpent Journey
The Sacral workshop is part of a seven-month exploration through the body’s chakra centres, beginning at the base and spiralling upward.
Each month focuses on one chakra and can be attended individually.
For those who choose to journey through multiple centres, the experience builds progressively, deepening self-awareness, emotional balance and intuitive connection over time.
With Open Hearts
This is for those who feel called to move more deeply into their intuitive knowing, to awaken the intelligence of their energy centres, and to partner with crystalline consciousness as a pathway of refinement, healing, and ascension, while being deeply embodied and connected to the Earth.
