A guided activation of the Throat Chakra
This 3-hour in-person workshop focuses on the Throat Chakra - the energy centre of communication, truth, expression and resonance.
Together we will explore:
- Learning the power of your word and sharing your voice
- Deepening awareness of inner truth and clarity of expression
- Reconnecting to resonance and sound as a tool of self regulation
- Releasing suppression and restoring authentic voice
Through guided meditation, embodied practice and the supportive use of liquid crystals, you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence.
This workshop stands alone.

About the Rainbow Serpent Journey
The Throat Chakra workshop is part of a seven-month exploration through the body’s chakra centres, beginning at the base and spiralling upward.
Each month focuses on one chakra and can be attended individually.
For those who choose to journey through multiple centres, the experience builds progressively, deepening self-awareness, emotional balance and intuitive connection over time.

This is for those who feel called to move more deeply into their intuitive knowing, to awaken the intelligence of their energy centres, and to partner with crystalline consciousness as a pathway of refinement, healing, and ascension, while being deeply embodied and connected to the Earth.
