This immersive weekend is a call to gather in sacred circle, awaken your innate gifts, and reclaim a fundamental tool within the earth-based wisdom lineage of humankind.

The Shamanic Drum is a profound spiritual technology - an instrument that reconnects us with our true nature, the elements, Spirit / Creator, and the heart of Gaia. Across cultures and throughout time, the Drum has aligned people with the animate forces of nature, supporting healing through harmonic sound and embodied presence.

Across the weekend you will learn:

• Sacred songs and shamanic drum journeying
• Techniques to craft and harness the full power of your Drum

We are deeply blessed to gather at Heartwood Farm and be surrounded by expansive views, meandering river, ancient grandmother tree, a fire circle, stone labyrinth and space to connect with ourselves, one another and the spirit of the land.

Date:  Friday, 3 July 2026 - From 4pm - Arrive & Settle In - provide your own meal 
Date:  Saturday, 4 July 2026: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Date:  Sunday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Location: Heartwood Farm, 498 Binna Burra Road, Federal NSW 

Timing may vary depending on each individual's process.

We encourage you to keep the weekend dedicated to this ceremonial journey and arrive well-rested to fully integrate the medicine of the Drum.

Investment

BYO ACCOM & FOOD:  $1,200 + GST - Bring your own Camping Gear / Campervan - Bring your own Food

ADD DEER SKIN:  $176 + GST - Kangaroo or goat skin is included. 

ADD MEALS:  $225 + GST - Saturday: Smoothie Breakfast / Lunch / Afternoon Tea / Dinner and Sunday: Smoothie Breakfast / Lunch / Afternoon Tea. Ingredients are 75% organic and/or local and spray free. 

ADD GLAMPING ACCOMMODATION:  Glamping Tent - 2 nights: Friday & Saturday Nights (includes real mattress bed, organic cotton sheets, chairs & table)

Single:  $435.50 + GST per person

Twin Share:  $318.50 + GST per person (Requires two guests willing to share. If this option interests you, please let us know and we’ll do our best to bring a twin share group together.)

Option to secure your place with a $400 non-refundable commitment contribution. Balance due 3 June 2026.

Your exchange includes all materials required to ceremonially craft your own 16-inch Medicine Drum and Beater, using kangaroo or goat skin, along with wisdom sharing, drum song teaching, shamanic drum journeying, camping and light refreshments.

Sunday

• Sacred Circle Embodiment Practice
• Medicine Wheel / Wheel of Life Invocation
• Calling on the Spirit of the Willow (tree hoop)
• Weaving the Drum (feminine principle)
• Completing the weave
• Sharing Drum Songs
• Closing Circle & Ceremony

What to Bring:

• Camping gear or Campervan for BYO
• Comfortable clothing and shoes (inc. wet weather options)
• Toiletries, swimmers & towel
• Water bottle, journal & pen
• An extra towel for working on your Drum
• A precious item to charge up on the altar

Payment Details

A $400 non-refundable commitment contribution is required to secure your place. Balance due by 3 June 2026.
