Are you a mother who would like to meet other mothers and feel more connected?You are invited to a one-off group session for mothers from Spanish speaking backgrounds.
This is a safe, friendly, and respectful space to talk, listen, and connect with others.
The session will be facilitated by a Nurse Educator from Child and Family Health team and a Cross Cultural Worker.
This session is a first step to help mothers meet each other.
If mothers are interested, the group may continue in the future as a mother-led group.
Places are limited.
