In our first webinar for 2026, Lisa Wastell-Anthony and Felicity Dixon at informed by Planned Cover examine the most common issues leading to Board complaints against small practices in Australia. Using real-world examples and risk management insights, it highlights how preventable many complaints are when practice systems are clear, consistent, and well-documented.

The session focuses on four recurring problem areas: missing or incomplete Client–Architect Agreements, project budgets, poor communication, and unmanaged project delays. Participants will explore how these issues arise, why they escalate, and the practical steps they can take to reduce risk

Participants will come away with improved understanding of their professional obligations, better tools for managing client expectations, and practical strategies for avoiding complaints, claims, and reputational damage.
