Artisan Markets Richmond 2026 - VENDOR REGISTRATION
Artisan Markets Richmond
REGISTRATION OPEN for 2026
After the phenomenal response to our inaugural Christmas Market in Richmond, and by popular requests, we’ve been invited to run three Artisan Markets in Richmond in 2026.
- Mother’s Day Market – 09 MAY 2026
- Howl-O-Ween Market - 31 OCT 2026
- Christmas Market – 12 DEC 2026
Our annual Open Air Artisan Markets takes place at Citizens Park, right next to the bustling Richmond Fresh Food Market, corner of Gleadell and Highett Streets (up to 5,000 visitors every Saturday!)
If you've been to one of our Artisan Markets before (running since 2020) we are expecting another sold-out event so book early to avoid disappointments!
We are looking for a wide variety of stalls to showcase local artists, designers, and makers whose products are original, of high quality, innovative, good appeal and are well presented. Products made in Australia will be highly rated in our selection process. A variety and diverse range of items within the event will form the criteria for the selection.
When you apply and pay for your spot at the market you will enter a selection process. We will confirm your spot at the market approximately 14 days after registration – commencing on 01 Feb 2026. If you are not accepted, a FULL REFUND will be made. The panel's decision is final.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Apply online and pay the registration fee for either one or both markets. Marquee spot allocations are 3m x 3m. Note we only provide a spot; you must bring your own marquee and entire set up.
- You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes your tax invoice.
- In the unlikely event you are not accepted, a FULL REFUND will be made within 14 days.
- Once accepted you will join a Facebook Vendors Group. Remember to log-in to receive market updates
- We will be requesting promotional images if you are accepted to join the market.
- The week leading up to Market Day you will receive a Vendors Info Pack with full info of market location, bump-in time slots and all necessary details
NOTE:
- An allocated site is not guaranteed as we attempt to include emerging artisans and small businesses to give a good cross-section of products for the event.
- If you have any special requests, please provide information in the REQUEST section of the booking form. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request, but we do not guarantee all requests will be met.
- We do not accept any applications for food and beverages with the purpose of consumption on the day. We welcome all artisan businesses with offerings in gift packs, for example, artisan chocolates, handmade biscuits etc. If unsure, please contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
- The city of Yarra has its own selection process for food vendors, so your application is partially dependent on this review process also.
We look forward to welcoming you to Melbourne's annual and most anticipated Artisan Markets in Richmond.
