This workshop will focus on the root chakra to bring you back to a state of feeling grounded, safety, security and abundance. We've had some big events rock our sense of safety and security recently and so this workshop will help with grounding back into safety and anchoring back into our centre. You will learn some beautiful tools and breath that you can hopefully practice at home whenever you need to ground.Date
