Join me for a new style of Creative Therapy & Sound Healing, where a guided creative therapy activity unfolds alongside an immersive, live soundscape.Instead of lying down for a traditional sound bath, this session invites you into Neurographic Art, a gentle, meditative drawing practice that helps quiet the mind, soften emotional edges, and create new inner pathways through line, shape, and colour. No art experience is needed; this is about process, not perfection.
As you create, I’ll weave a gentle soundscape with the crystal singing bowls, handpan, gong, flute and chimes, to support reflection, inspiration, and inner clarity.

All art supplies will be provided. If you have a favourite journal, pens, or markers you love working with, you’re welcome to bring them along.
This session is cozy, creative, and deeply nourishing. A space to create, listen, and gently reconnect with yourself.
