Join us for Family Zumba, a 45-minute feel-good dance fitness session created for everyone aged 5 to 70!
We mix a variety of fun rhythms – Latin, pop, K-pop, salsa, merengue, rock, cumbia and reggaeton – with simple, easy-to-follow moves that help kids build coordination while giving parents a great workout too.
