Join Find Your Spark for these one-hour netball specific conditioning sessions incorporating Fitness Circuit and Interval Training. Parents and kids (8+) welcome!
Master the fundamental movements of netball: sprint, jump, land and dodge. Learn the drills to become explosive with acceleration speed, whilst being able to decelerate quickly and change direction fast. Train for strength, power, a pre-season workout and general injury prevention. Develop perseverance and resilience, then be motivated to break through limits and reach your fitness potential.
