A new year is here, a new chapter, a blank canvas for ourselves and our planet. What do you wish to create this year?I invite you join us online in this potent moment of new beginnings to Dance, Dream, and Magnetise your Visions for this year, for ourselves, our community and our planet.
Working with the tools of 5Rhythms dance, Witnessing Movement Practise, and Art-making, this half day workshop is an opportunity to journey into our deep soul, to DISCOVER and DREAM what is calling us this year. These powerful movement practises guide us out of the mental focused state to connect with our heart and soul, so we can listen to our deeper wisdom, and discover what is calling us from within.
