BYO yoga mat, pillow/cushion and blanket.
Participants are required to lie down or sit during the Sound Bath experience.
Communities of Wellbeing invite you to our 2026 launch, an opportunity to meet the new committee and experience a Sound Bath. This experience will provide you with a focus on self care, promote deeper sleep and decrease stress from life's daily chores. You will experience soothing sound, deep rest and grounding practice.
