An event for teens aged 5-17years who have a sibling with a disability.Step back in time as you enjoy an authentic heritage steam train experience. Travel through the magnificent Dandenong Ranges on board our Excursion Train journey, with fern gullies brushing past and Mountain Ash trees towering overhead.
Once you arrive at Lakeside station, you will enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back onto Puffing Billy to ride home.
IOE Siblings Support Program gives children and teens (5 y.o– 17 y.o), who have a brother or sister with a disability, the chance to do fun things and make connections with others who understand their situation – connections which develop often into firm friendships and provide ongoing peer support. These activities and camps are not open to participants with a disability, this program is funded to support siblings only.
