About
Chakra Dance for Kids is a playful and nurturing wellbeing program where children explore movement, music, simple meditation, and drawing to express their feelings and imagination. Through colourful themes, storytelling, and guided free dance, kids are encouraged to move in ways that feel good to their bodies, helping them build confidence, emotional awareness, focus, and calm. With no steps to memorise and no pressure to perform, each session creates a safe, joyful space for children to relax, create, and connect with themselves in a fun and meaningful way.Date
