About
It's time to fuel and rev up your child's excitement and confidence as we build energy and enthusiasm for the journey into Year K in 2026!Year K is an exciting learning experience where children develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in primary school—alongside friends and in a variety of learning situations.
Join us for 3 days of play-based learning and creative shared experiences led by qualified Speech Pathologists and an Occupational Therapist to brighten your child's readiness for the start of primary school! Each session will provide unique opportunities for children to:
* make new social connections
* take turns in new and challenging games
* sharpen active listening skills
* more confidently share their ideas and stories
* explore early literacy and numeracy skills through games involving letters, sounds, numbers, and patterns
* enhance problem-solving, thinking and memory skills
* strengthen gross and fine motor skills
Note: You do not have to attend all 3 days, though this is strongly encouraged. A min of 4 attendees is required to run the event on any given day, and we are open to requests for other preferred days and times for a group of 4 or more children!
