Just when you thought we weren't doing a Christmas staff party... Surprise! 😝Join us at The Pavilion from 6pm til late to celebrate the end of the busy period and a great 2025. Enjoy delish food from our talented chefs and have a drink with some of your favourite Marina friends, with some surprises along the way.
Don’t forget to vote for Employee of the Year before Friday 23rd January (eligible staff being Team Leader or below, and must have been employed at The Marina for a minimum of 12 months). You can fill out a form and place in the box at your venue to vote.
Dress code: 2000s icons- celebrities, pop culture moments, music, movies... This is up to your interpretation 😉
Make sure you RSVP by the due date- Friday 23rd January to make sure you can come along. We can't guarantee we won't make you do something stupid if you attend without RSVPing 💁♀️
