This course has been designed to enhance the professional development of ALL nurses working in clinical settings who may be faced with pts who show signs of clinical deterioration. It looks at the most likely causes of MET calls (or calls to Drs) and how we can manage these patients. Most notably these were in relation to;o Changes in Neurological Status (unresponsive)
o Respiratory deterioration
o Cardiovascular compromise
o Worried (often identified as Sepsis)
