Royals 👑 Defence Netball Skills Session
ABOUT
This Defence Skills Session is for Royals Netball Club players as the perfect training event to lead-up to 2026 Club Grading, and to build skills for the upcoming 2026 season.
Players will build on fundamental defence skills, relevant to ALL playing positions on the court: contesting for the intercept, recovery position to hands over at 3ft, dictating and denying player movement and space.
