This workshop is designed for advanced aerialists looking to refine technique, build fluid transitions, and explore dynamic pathways at height. We’ll focus on clean mechanics, efficient entries, and confident movement through sequences that connect strength, control, and flow. Expect detailed progressions, spotting cues, and creative drills that help you link skills seamlessly while maintaining safety and precision.Participants should be comfortable working above the ground and ready to move continuously through combinations. The class will move at a focused pace, with options to refine or challenge your current level.
Prerequisites
Solid skin the cats
Consecutive hip locks at height
Strong long-arm inverts
This workshop is best suited for students who can meet all prerequisites consistently and are eager to deepen their technical understanding while expanding their aerial vocabulary
