Audley is where the Hacking River meets Kangaroo Creek. It was first surveyed in 1863 and became popular with day-trippers, holiday makers and honeymooners.
Today, many of Audley’s historic buildings still stand. On this fascinating tour you’ll visit Audley boatshed, the Commonwealth Pavilion, and the heritage-listed and beautifully refurbished Audley Dance Hall. You’ll also hear stories of places that played a key role in the area’s history but are no longer part of the landscape, including Allambie Guesthouse.
LUNCH: Is at your own expense and is reasonably priced. The Audley Dance Hall CAFÉ is next door to the Visitor Centre.
