Terry Pratchett's Guards! Guards!, adapted for stage by Stephen Briggs, follows the unlikely heroes of Ankh-Morpork's Night Watch—including world-weary Captain Vimes, the earnest rookie Carrot, and an orangutan librarian—as they thwart a secret society's plot to overthrow the city's ruler by summoning a giant, fire-breathing dragon, leading to farcical chaos, political intrigue, and unexpected heroism as the Watch confronts the beast and discovers the true meaning of justice.
