In the middle of the city’s movement, noise, and summer buzz — we pause.Join us for a one-hour group meditation under Sydney Harbour Bridge, using a simple, accessible style of awareness meditation inspired by Anytime, Anywhere Meditation.
No cushions.
No special posture.
No need to block out sound.
Instead, we use what’s already here —
the water, the Harbour Bridge, footsteps, ferries, voices, wind — as support for meditation.
You’re invited to sit, stand, or lie down comfortably, letting awareness rest naturally on:
• sounds around you
• sensations in the body
• the rhythm of breathing
• the shared presence of the group
We close with quiet journaling, capturing any insights, clarity, or creative sparks that may arise.
This is meditation for real life —
for travellers, busy minds, curious beginners, and experienced meditators alike.
No experience necessary.
(Please use the restrooms before meeting up, and arrive 5 -10 min early to settle in)
