Always Healthy and Happy Qigong Course 2026
Boost Energy · Reduce Stress · Cultivate Vitality
Always Healthy and Happy Qigong (AHNH Qigong) is a gentle yet powerful system designed to cultivate Qi, harmonise body and mind, and support overall well-being. Each class integrates theory, Waigong (外功 – Outer Work), and Neigong (内功 – Inner Work), offering a holistic Qigong experience suitable for both beginners and returning students.
This course introduces essential movements, meditation practices, and Qigong philosophy, laying a strong foundation for long-term practice.
Each class includes:
● Theory – Introduction to Qi principles, core Qigong concepts, and clear explanations of Waigong and Neigong techniques, including key practice points and guidance.
● Waigong (Outer Work) – Practices such as the Eight Silken Movements (Ba Duan Jin), OpenSky Qigong, Zhineng Qigong, and Walking Qigong.
● Neigong (Inner Work) – Breathing exercises, meditation, and internal Qi cultivation to develop inner awareness and stability.
The course runs across four terms each year, with 10 classes per term. By the end of the year, students will have completed Zhineng Qigong Module 1, with Module 2 offered the following year for deeper practice and advanced cultivation.
This course is suitable for both beginners and continuing students who wish to improve health, vitality, and overall well-being while cultivating mindfulness, inner calm, and energy awareness. Participants will develop Qi to support long-term health, improve posture, balance, flexibility, and body awareness, reduce stress and mental fatigue, enhance focus and emotional balance, and build a solid foundation for deeper and more advanced Qigong practice.
