On Sunday, 29/3/2026, Music Shed Big Band will be performing a fabulous Tribute to Glenn Miller and the Andrews Sisters. In the Mood, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Pennsylvania 65-000, Rum and Coca-Cola, and Chattanooga Choo Choo will be amongst the many songs made famous by these outstanding groups from the Swing Era which you will hear.Singing the Andrews Sisters songs will be the highly regarded Starr Sisters, who have performed both nationally and internationally.
Our fabulous vocalists Meera and Tony have selected songs they know you will enjoy.
Come along on Sunday, 29/3/2026 for a great afternoon of music from the Swing Era, which you can sing along , dance or just listen to a 20 piece big band performing music which made the Glenn Miller Band and the Andrews Sisters famous. Make it an afternoon with your family and friends.
Mortdale RSL has an excellent Bistro where you can enjoy lunch and/or dinner.
Doors open at 2:30pm for a 2-hour show, which starts at 3:00pm.
