📍 Venue: Sacred Heart College, Geelong
📅 Date: Saturday, February 14, 2026
⏰ Time: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Entry Details
To participate, families must:
• Complete the TryBooking entry form
• Pay the relevant entry fee
• Upload music by the closing date
Entry Fees
• 1 solo/duo performance: $25
• 2 solos and/or duo performances: $40
• 3 solos and/or duo performances: $50
(This fee includes a solo sash)
⏰ Entries close: January 31, 2026
All details, payment, and music uploads must be completed by this date.
Music Uploads
🎵 Music uploads will be completed via the Dropbox link posted on the Soloist Band page. Please ensure this is done as soon as possible and no later than January 31.
Important Communication Information
Please ensure you have joined the 2026 Westcoast Solos BAND page.
There will be no Facebook Messenger group this year. All communication will be shared through BAND only.
Concert Day Schedule
Arrival & Drop-Off
• Coaches only arrival at 12:00 pm
• Performers 12:15 pm drop-off and must be signed in (No early arrivals, please)
• Backstage access is for performers and coaches only at all times, from 12.15pm.
Running Order
This year we will be running the concert in 2 Parts. Most soloists will perform in one part only and are free to watch the other part if they wish. If you are performing in 3 solos, you will be performing across both parts. Program will be published as soon as we have all the information from performers, as this will determine running order.
The concert will run as follows
• Part A: 1:00 pm – approximately 2:30 pm (Mainly Subbies, Masters and Duos/Trio)
• Part A Presentation and Group Photo: 10-minute presentation for first-half soloists
• Interval: 20 minutes (First half soloists to remove their belongings from backstage area please)
• Part B: Begins at 3:00 pm (Mainly Juniors, Inters and Seniors)
• Part B Presentation & Group Photo: Concluding at approximately 5:00 pm
Refund Policy
Please note that no refunds will be issued once entries are paid, unless a medical certificate is provided.
