A private bus will take participants from Mosman to Kimbriki and back to Mosman.We will learn first hand where all our recycling goes and what it takes to turn food scraps into nutrient rich soil through good composting and worm farming techniques. Understand how to balance moisture content and to ensure the right amount of carbon rich material (i.e. brown material) is added to your compost.
A rich healthy compost will improve soil health and increase nutrient content of edible foods.
