TERM 1 YOGA THURSDAYS 10.30amGentle Yoga, Meditation & Relaxation.
This nine week yoga series is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, combining gentle stretching, foundational yoga poses, guided meditation, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this series offers a supportive environment to unwind, reconnect, and deepen your yoga practice.
•Gentle Stretching: To release tension and increase flexibility.
•Yoga Poses: Accessible for all levels, promoting strength, balance, and mindfulness.
•Guided Meditation: To cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness.
• Relaxation Techniques: To restore the body and calm the mind, leaving you refreshed and centered.
*FRIDAYS 10.30-11.30am
*Dates- Friday 6th February- Friday 27th March.
*9 weeks, one class per week.
BYO yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
