It is almost time to select your booths options!Note: You will only be able to select booths from January 14th at 4pm AEDT.
We are expecting a high demand for exhibition booths. As such, we are implementing the following selection process:
- Premium Sponsors had priority with pre-sale selection. See updated floorplan.
- Once you have been notified with the location, payment is required within 7days to be fully confirmed. Failure to complete payment within 7days will release the selection.
- Your exhibition booth will be allocated by the organising committee. We ask all exhibition companies, to understand the complexity of this operation and the need for this process for such a prestigious event.
- By applying for a booth, you agree to the above process.
The link will open on Wednesday, January 14th at 4pm (AEDT).
PRICING
Single Booth (3mx3m) - $3,500
Double Booth (6m x 3m) - $6,000
Triple Booth (9m x 3m) - $8,500
Quad Booth (12m x 3m) - $11,000
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST Inclusive.
Please nominate your booth size and location preferences. One order per company only.
**Please note that booth sales do not include a registration to the event.**
Once booked, you will receive an invoice as well as notification of your booth location. Exhibition spaces are only confirmed after payment has been received.
Please Note that Trybooking is being used to create the queuing and allocation system, it is not a guarantee of booth or booth selection, your booth will be confirmed to you via email.
