Join me for a free online breathwork practice.I’ll be guiding an online breathwork practice designed to support you:
- Ground into the present moment
- Calm stress and anxious energy
-Gently regulate your nervous system
-Feel more steady, clear, and supported for the day ahead
This is an entry-level practice, so you don’t need any experience. Just come as you are.
When: Thursdays, 7:00–7:30 am (Brisbane time)
How to prepare (simple):
- Find a quiet, cosy space
- Bring water (and a journal if you like)
- Join 2–3 minutes early
