Nearly half of all Australians will experience a mental health disorder in their lifetime. In regional communities like ours, the barriers to talking about it run even deeper. This free evening is a chance to break that silence, to hear real, unfiltered stories from people in our own community, and leave with a deeper understanding of what recovery actually looks like. It's free, it's open to all, and you don't need any connection to football or netball to belong in that room.
