Gathering of Fragments - SA Mosaics Exhibition
This ticket and payment is for submission of artwork to the SA Mosaics Gathering of Fragments mosaic exhibition. The exhibition can be entered by all.
Exhibition Dates: Fri 4 September to Fri 2 October 2026
Location: Pepper Street Art Centre, 558 Magill Road, Magill SA 5072
Presentation and Awards Night: Fri 4 September 2026 at 6pm
Judges: Lindy Sando and Vaughan Taylor from ArtGlassDesign in Port Elliott
Prizes: There will be prizes depending on the amount of funds raised through the registration. A People's Choice award sponsored by Mosaic by Design will be presented following the exhibition.
Entry Closing Date: 1st August 2026
Each artist can enter up to 3 works. Entry Fees: 1st Entry $25, 2nd Entry $15, 3rd Entry $10.
You do not have to be a MAANZ member to enter this exhibition.
All artwork must be for sale (note that Pepper Street Art Gallery will require 33% commission if sold, factor this into your selling price).
Photographs: Two photographs (one close up and one front on) of your artwork is required to be emailed to dhayman@bigpond.com by the 5 August 2026.
Artist Statement/s: Each work must be accompanied by an artist statement of 100 words or less. Please fill your statement in on the entry form. Keep your statement simple and use your own words.
Art work Delivery Date: Tuesday 1st September at Pepper Street Art Gallery between 10am and 2pm.
Collection of artwork: Saturday 3rd October 12 noon to 2pm
Format:
- 2D work must be prepared for hanging with 2 x D-rings. As a guide, for smaller works the screw holes for the D-rings can be placed at 7cm down from the top and 5cm on from the side of the board. Any work not featuring two D-rings will be disqualified (though the artist will get a chance to discuss with the exhibition organisers and rectify the D-ring situation). Place FELT PADS on the back in each corner to protect the gallery walls.
- 3D work will be placed on a plinth provided by the gallery, or must be free-standing.
PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF ALL YOUR DETAILS FOR YOUR OWN REFERENCE. (E.g. Screen shot your form details). TRYBOOKING DOES NOT SEND YOU A COPY.
