Combined band workshop, featuring sectional rehearsals with guest tutors concluding with a free full band concert for family, friends and the general public at 4pm. All woodwind, brass, string bass and percussion musicians and students are invited to participate. Join us for a day of music, learning and most importantly fun facilitated by the Shoalhaven City Concert Band.Whether you’re dusting off an instrument you haven’t touched in years or just beginning your musical journey, our Concert Band Workshop is the perfect place to jump in. This friendly, low‑pressure event brings musicians of all levels together to experience the joy of playing in a large ensemble. Learn from supportive tutors and rediscover the thrill of making music as a group. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to reconnect with your instrument — or to try something new — this is your chance to be part of a vibrant, collaborative sound that only a big band can create.
