The Hands & Heart Project (CANCELLED)
About
The Hands & Heart Project is a 5-week men’s creativity and connection workshop series designed for men who want to explore self-expression, masculinity, and connection through hands-on creative practices. Each weekly workshop introduces a different medium — spray painting, movement, leathercraft, whittling, breath and rhythm — as a practical way to engage the body, calm the mind, and open conversation.
This men’s workshop series is not therapy and does not require any creative background. Sessions focus on making, movement, and shared experience rather than talking alone.
Workshops are held in a small group (maximum 5 men) to create a relaxed, respectful, and supportive environment. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and share only what feels comfortable.
This program is suitable for men seeking a creative workshop, personal growth, confidence-building, or a new way to connect with others in a grounded, practical setting.
