Benalla CDAV "A Decade in Bloom!"
About
over 2 days you will learn how to torte, fill, cover, stack and decorate a 2-tier celebration cake with beautiful buttercream florals and stunning palate knife side designs, using buttercream icing. This course is normally $1000, but Benalla CDAV has heavily subsidised the cost of this event. A light lunch, tea/coffee and afternoon tea is supplied. Basic Delivery kits are available if required - please advise if you need one.This course is suitable for all levels of cake decorating.
