TERMS OF PURCHASE. Book carefully as there is no exchange or refund after purchase. If you make a mistake in the booking, if you cannot make it for any reason, including sickness, accident, change of circumstance, work or weather-related issue. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation ( sent to the email from which you booked the tickets), but if you don't receive this, double-check what address you used and what card you booked it with. Often, people use their partner's card and/or email, and forget this, so check this first. Contact with us may be made by using the link on this page. In the event of a postponement, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date; you simply do nothing. If unable to attend the new date, you have 14 days to claim a refund. For a cancellation, all refunds go back to your card directly from Trybooking. This is an 18+ event. We do honour companion cards ( must be presented on the night) if accompanying a person with a disability. Do not buy from resellers.
